Home Aides of Rockland, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. All contributions to the agency are tax-deductible. Our Reduced Rate Home Care program is supported by the generosity of our donors. Your gift of any size helps to maintain clients safely in their homes, which, when given a choice, is where we all would prefer to stay as we age.

Is your company, place of worship, professional organization or social group looking for volunteer opportunities for employees or members? Home Aides of Rockland offers several volunteer opportunities throughout the calendar year. We can always use your help.
To volunteer for any of the opportunities listed, please fill in the form on our Contact Page. Our volunteer coordinator will be in touch with you.
Volunteer shoppers (grocery shopping on a regular schedule in a location convenient to you)
Friendly callers (phone calls to home bound clients for a friendly chat on a periodic basis)
Holiday wrapper (wrap gifts at our annual booth at the Palisades Center Mall)
Holiday Gift Angel for Seniors (coordinate gifts for homebound seniors through your organization)
English Language Tutors (work one on one with aides in training to enhance their learning and success)
Swap-O-Rama – an annual fundraiser that repurposes used clothing into new. (sewers, designers and a variety of fun volunteer positions)
Party hosts (open your home to your friends to help us share the mission of Home Aides of Rockland)
