Our Home Care Personnel

Must complete the training requirements of the New York State Department of Health before they are accepted as employees.

Work closely with a professional staff of doctors, nurses and our own Director of Patient Services.

Undergo careful screening including an FBI criminal background check.

Are required to participate in ongoing training through in-service classes.

Receive ongoing on-site supervision by a staff of Registered Nurses.
Recognizing Each Situation as Unique

Before an aide is assigned to your home a registered nurse will visit and help you to determine your needs. There is no charge for this in-home nursing assessment.

An individualized plan of care will be developed in consultation with the client, the client's family and physician.

Once the level of care has been determined, a skilled and caring aide will be assigned who best meets the client's specific requirements.

A registered nurse will make periodic visits to supervise the aide and assess the client's on-going condition.
